Coaching

“A coach is someone trained and devoted to guiding others into increased competence, commitment, and confidence.” (Hudson, The Handbook of Coaching, 1999:6)

My coaching is based on the alliance, the relationship of trust and confidence, which I build with the people I work with. I aspire to encourage and reassure, understand and instil hope. Many people I see want to improve something in their lives, as well as reduce the confusion and suffering from not “measuring up” to the many social expectations and norms that abound.

As a psychologist I have more knowledge of developmental, organisational and social psychology. I am not a clinical psychologist and I do not do diagnostic assessments. I am trained in narrative therapy, voice dialogue and NLP.

I work in English and in French in Geneva. I propose 1 hour 15 minute long sessions.
